Course Description:

Designed for users who would like to be productive in analyzing structures subjected to various types of dynamic loading. The material covered includes the time dependent analysis, harmonics analysis and random vibrations analysis.

Prerequisites:

Mechanical design experience.
Basic understanding of Finite Element Analysis.
Completed SolidWorks Mechanical or Product Design training and completed SolidWorks Simulation training.
Knowledge of, or experience with Microsoft Windows operating system.

    Uniform and non-uniform base excitations in the time or frequency domain for displacement,
    velocity and acceleration
    Harmonic excitation for nodal forces,
    pressure loads,
    uniform and non-uniform ground motions and varied phase angles
    Power spectral density (PSD) excitation curves for nodal forces,
    pressure loads,
    uniform and non-uniform ground motions
